§ Means of Effectuation
Means of effectuation continued.
II. Inducements to the several cooperators.
Under the above conditions, ulterior means of effectuation consist in adequate
inducements provided for the several descriptions or say classes of persons,
whose cooperation is necessary: or would be contributory. These are
1. Shareholders or say Stockholders
2. Settlers without capital
3. Settlers with small capitals, to whom it is proposed that the Company should
give assistance: namely by a loan to each equal to the quantity of the capital
employed by him.

The subject of pecuniary profit calculations in large detail are necessitated.
Antecedently to all calculations of return as well under the name /on account/ of
interest as on account of profit, calculations of the quantity of expenditure or
say outlay, and the several shapes that require to be given to it are
indispensable. Here /Accordingly/ follows a list of the several sources of
expenditure
