The law of prudence the only real use of which is to give execution and effect to the rule of action, is it is delivered, or other /rather/ ought to be /have been/ delivered in the body of the law the law of procedure, is it, in two cases out of every twenty, applied to any better use than the /that of/ filling the pockets of its professors?
