What is there in you that should render public virtue in you inferior to what it

is in them? That which in them has for so many years been uninterrupted practice

/to you is there any thing in it that/ is it impossible to you? is not their

nature yours likewise? is not sufficiently especially proved by fact?

Those who say /cry out/ restrain the licentiousness of the press say in other

words give to me and all those who are in league with me, success and impunity

for all our crimes.
