No: even that seat of corruption from which I write exhibits not any thing which can match with this. We have our Old Sarum. We have our Gatton: we have our Medhurst we have so many other pocket boroughs. But Medhurst, Gatton, Old Sarum are all in England. Of Old Sarum the inhabitants it is true exist no where: true: but the place - the place is still in England.
