Of Equality the existence being thus throughout assumed, equality

being thus declared in words, and thereby the right to equality in fact acknowledged

and thus far established, equality in fact equality in the material given to the two

parties be on every occasion looked out for and expected. In /Should/ expectation be

followed by disappointment, in proportion as it is, irritation is /will be/ produced:

to the reproach of injustice is added that of insincerity and perfidy is added.

Throughout the whole field of government those who thought to secure

submission and satisfaction by words with acts /deeds/ all along at variance will
