Was it any part of their design that from /of/ the impracticability of forming the [...?] Ultramarian Deputation, the counterfeit Deputation above spoken of /alluded/ should continue? should continue during the continuance of the present Cortes, and be formed anew upon the same model, at the time of the next Cortes and so on?
