Body providing Bill
§. 2. 25 G.2.c.37 […?] dissected and anatomized by the said Surgeons[?]
And whereas so far from affording as intended an adequate supply to the demand for bodies for anatomical dissection the statute[?] of /zs/ by which the bodies of murderers are appropriated to the purpose of dissection has by placing on the footing of /Cain/murderers/ all such persons whose bodies shall have happened to be so dealt with tended in no small degree[?] to the diminution of such supply be it enacted that the said statute is hereby repealed.
And whereas in and by an Act made and passed in the twenty fifth year of King George the Second intitled "An Act for the better prevention of the horrid crime of murder" it is provided that in the case therein mentioned the bodies of persons convicted of murder shall or may be by the persons[?] there[?] […?] dissected and anatomized, be it enacted that so much of the said Act as authorizes/relates to/ such proceeding shall […?] […?] […?] is hereby repealed.
